Terms of Service

1. Use licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to install and use the Rydink app on devices you own or control, for your personal or your own business's vehicle record-keeping. This is a licence, not a transfer of title.

You may not:

• modify, translate or create derivative works of the Services;
• decompile, reverse engineer or disassemble any part of the Services;
• remove copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices;
• resell the Services or make them available to third parties as a service.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it current. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You can see and sign out your devices in the app.

3. Your content

You own the records, photos and other content you add to the Services. You grant us the limited licence needed to store, process, display and sync that content so the Services work. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter; fuel economy and cost figures are calculated from your entries.

4. Intellectual property

The Services and their original content (excluding your content), features and functionality are and remain the property of Slowforge Studio and its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Our names and marks may not be used without prior written consent.

5. Prohibited activities

You agree not to:

• systematically extract data from the Services to build a database or directory;
• circumvent or interfere with security features;
• upload malware or anything that interferes with others' use of the Services;
• use the Services for any unlawful purpose.

6. Termination

You can stop using the Services at any time and delete your account from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination do so.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that calculations will meet your requirements. The Services are a record-keeping aid, not a substitute for your vehicle's maintenance schedule or professional advice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Slowforge Studio, its directors, employees and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. If a provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions stay in effect.

10. Changes

We may revise these Terms. We will post the new version here, update the date above, and ask for your acceptance in the app when the changes are material. Continued use after the changes take effect means you accept them.
